Designed to handle demanding caching workloads in 24/7 high- concurrency scenarios, the 800GB SNV5420 NVMe PCIe 3.0 M.2 Internal SSD from Synology delivers strong sustained I/O performance, making it ideal for systems used a high performance file servers, database storage, virtualization environments, and more. This SSD has an overall capacity of 800GB, an NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 interface, an M.2 2280 form factor, sustained sequential read speeds of up to 3000 MB/s, and sustained sequential write speeds of up to 1000 MB/s. It also features an endurance (TBW) of 1400TB, a 3 million hour MTBF (mean time between failures), and an UBER (uncorrectable bit error rate) of <1 sector per 1017 bits read.
